Postponed to Sunday 11th March if necessary
• Registration for WBC members will be held at the club rooms on Friday 9th March from 6pm-8pm & Saturday morning from 7am-9am.
• Weigh in closes 1600 hrs (4.00pm) or 1500 hrs (3.00pm) if held Sunday.
• Boats must be skippered by a WBC/KBC member.
• The C Mark & P Wootton Cup will be awarded to the Club that has the highest aggregate of all species – only the 5 heaviest fish per species per club to be included.
• The species are:
Blue Cod
Red Cod
Groper
Gurnard
John Dory
Kahawai
Kingfish
Snapper
Tarakihi
Trevally
Tuna
• There will also be 2 species for Juniors to be included in aggregate:
Parrot Fish
Scarpie
• There is no entry fee – WBC & KBC will be putting up prizes – both major & spot prizes to be awarded – you must be present at prize giving to receive these.
• KBC will host a BBQ from 5.30pm onwards with prize giving at 7.00pm on the day.
• WBC will arrange transport for those wanting it from WBC to KBC & back - please advise on registration if you require this.

Entry - Adults $20 Junior $10 Family $50(Family: Mum, Dad & children under 16)
Fishing competition will go ahead on 1st suitable day or go to spot prizes on Monday 23rd JanuaryRegistrations from 1700 - 2100 Friday 20th January (5-9pm)
Registrations will also be taken btw 0700 & 0900 Saturday & Sunday
No Monday registrations.
Fishing from 0700-1630hrs (4.30pm)
All fish to be weighed & recorded prior to 1630hrs (4.30pm)
Spot prizes Friday night at club so enter early
Postponements to be notified over Beach FM (106.3) & on WBC website
WBC SPRING FISHING & DIVING COMP
SATURDAY 24 SEPTEMBER
·Saturday 24 September, 2011 0800 hrs - no postponement date
·Registration for WBC members will be held at the club rooms on Friday 23 September from 6pm-8pm & Saturday morning from 8am-10am. Entry fee of $5 per person - Under 16 free
·Weigh in closes 1500 hrs (3.00pm), Satruday 24 September.
·Boats must be skippered by a WBC member & launched from WBC.
·All boats must call in upon departing & returning to WBC - VHF77.
·Everyone must be wearing life jackets upon launch & retrieval.
·Fish (Blue Cod, Kahawai, Tarakihi) must be caught on rods or hand-lines (NO nets or long-lines).
·Divers - if entering Paua for measuring no dive tanks to be on board the vessel.
·There will be prizes for heaviest Blue Cod, Kahawai, Terakihi, Crayfish & Paua (longest).
·Prizegiving will be at 1730 hours (5.30pm) at WBC Clubrooms, followed by a light meal of donated fish - hopefully we catch some!
Those that are keen can stay on for the All Blacks v France game at 8.30pm.
(Daylight Savings also starts that night).
